Cerilo Nuvali is not your typical planned subdivision. In fact, it looks more like a nature preserve than anything else. The Green Lane lots share access to green spaces that are 10m wide at the smallest point. The average size of the Green Lane lots is 635 square meters, the largest of which measures 980 square meters. Now if you want to really get up close and personal with nature, I suggest you check out the Ridge Side lots that are located along the banks of the Cauang-cauang creek. There are only 13 of these lots available with lot sizes that range from 608 to 950 square meters.
If you need bigger open spaces where your kids can play, then it is advisable to get one of the Greenway lots. These lots have access to the 25m wide greenways. There are 52 of these lots available and they range in size from 600-990 square meters.
